Rates: How do your billing rates compare to the market? Our fees are substantially less than CPAs or other consultants performing these services.
Contract Obligation: Is there a minimum contract period? No. The covered services and service period is whatever is agreed upon with the client.
Experience: How many years experience does Mr. Cross have in accounting? 35+ years.
Integrity: Has Mr. Cross ever been convicted of any crime, business or otherwise? Absolutely not.
Work References: Do you have business references available? Yes.
Expenses: Does LCA charge anything for expenses in addition to the quoted rate? No, not unless travel or out-of-pocket expenses are required by the client’s needs.
Confidentiality: Does LCA share client information with anyone? All LCA associates are committed to confidentiality of information and data obtained from the client. The only exception is when governmental agencies request such information or the client has requested such information be released to an outsider.
